[How wiil you train an intern, adn what information will you give him or her?]

 

How will train an intern to make a good employee?

=>How show we train them to make them good employees?

 

make them be proud of being joined the internship.

=> let them feel proud of joining the internship.

 

It's the same meaning with UCC.

=> First, let ...  (first 자체가 a., ad. )

[secondly, thirdly (둘[셋]째로)라고 열거할 때 문두에 써서] 우선 첫째로, 맨 먼저

여러 개를 열거할 때에 쓴다. 그러나 이 경우에도 first, second(ly), third(ly), ... last(ly)와 같이 firstly보다는 first를 쓰는 일이 많다.
